If you have completed an English, Music, Art, or Enterprise Development application, please sign-up for an Open Enrollment appointment here! If not, please go back to the main sign-up page and select the Open Enrollment appointment option that coincides with your application on file. If you completed an English, Music, Art, or Enterprise Development application, but want to change majors, please let us know in the form. Can't remember the major you chose in your application or need assistance selecting the correct Open Enrollment option? If you haven’t completed an application, please go to apply.neo.edu to start one (you need to have an Admitted application on file to enroll).

If you are needing to take that ACT we are offering one ACT on Thursday April 24th.

• Cost is $72 and can be paid with cash or check at the Business office the morning of the test. 
• ACT WILL START AT 9:00 am
• Please schedule a 1:00 appointment or later to enroll after the test.
